Will is a shareholder in GrayRobinson's Tampa office and is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. His practice focuses on commercial and construction litigation and related contract drafting and negotiation. Will’s commercial litigation practice focuses on complex business disputes, including a wide range of contract disputes, tortious interference, trade secrets, non-compete violations, shareholder and partner disputes and disputes within the banking, finance and insurance industries. In the construction realm, Will represents owners, developers, engineers, architects and all levels of contractors in a variety of construction disputes.

Will was born in Gainesville, Florida, and lived in Ormond Beach, Florida, until college. He attended Florida State University, where he obtained his bachelor’s in political science and philosophy in 2006. In 2010, Will received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, he served on the editorial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law as a notes editor and was an active member of the Mock Trial Team and Mock Trial Executive Board.
