Maureen is a shareholder in GrayRobinson's Orlando office. She is a trial lawyer focusing on bankruptcy law and creditors' rights. After graduating from law school, Maureen moved to Florida to begin a federal clerkship with the Honorable Karen S. Jennemann, bankruptcy judge for the Middle District of Florida. Maureen joined the firm as an associate in 2003 upon completion of her clerkship. During her career, Maureen has represented banks and lenders in various liabilty and commercial collections matters in state court litigation as well as in Chapter 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy cases throughout the nation.  Maureen also has represented Trustees, Unsecured Creditors’ Committees, as well as individuals in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases.

Maureen is a native of Staten Island, New York. She attended Columbia University, earning a bachelor's degree and Fordham University School of Law, earning her juris doctor degree.
