Glenn Cooper is a shareholder and attorney with GrayRobinson, a full service law firm with 300 attorneys in 13 offices in Florida. Glenn’s law practice focuses on assisting U.S. companies, foreign companies, investors and professionals regarding U.S. immigration laws, whereby he helps clients secure business and investor visas such as the L1, E1, E2, H1B and O1 visas. He further assists clients regarding U.S. permanent residence (including EB-5 investor green cards and EB-5 regional center counsel, multinational green cards and extraordinary ability green cards). His practice also includes advising international clients on corporate, business and contract law matters in Florida. Glenn is also an active member of the international committee of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, where he has chaired the Florida Brazil Partnership, whose purpose is to promote the free flow of trade and investment between Florida and Brazil. Glenn is executive committee board member and Government Affairs chair of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, whereby he advocates for business constituents in the Greater Miami area regarding important issues including immigration, international trade, transportation and infrastructure through regular visits to Washington and Tallahassee. He is president of the Florida Chapter of the Quebec-Florida Chamber of Commerce. Glenn is an active member and has served as co-chair of the international action team of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, the official economic development agency of Broward County. Glenn is an active member of the international advisory committee of the Beacon Council, the official economic development agency of Miami-Dade County. Glenn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served on the congressional liaison committee of that organization’s South Florida chapter.
