EXPERIENCE:

Biff Marshall, President and Managing Director of GrayRobinson, is a securities lawyer with experience in representing public and private companies as they address their capital needs. Biff has acted as general counsel to New York Stock Exchange companies, American Stock Exchange companies, and companies traded on NASDAQ. In addition to representing numerous limited partnerships that have raised capital for various reasons, he has represented underwriters, venture capitalists, and has consistently completed venture capital transactions for issuers. Biff has held the Managing Director position since 1992 and is one of the longest-serving Managing Directors in the state.

BACKGROUND:

Biff was born in Miami, Florida and graduated from Pinecrest Preparatory School in 1971. After attending Southern Methodist University for two years, Biff obtained his B.S. from Florida State University (double major in accounting and finance), his Masters in Business Administration from Florida State University, and graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1978. Prior to becoming a Shareholder at GrayRobinson, Biff practiced in Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida.
