EXPERIENCE:

Truong practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties. Truong has represented developers, institutional lenders, investors, landlords, and tenants. Truong has also been involved in the representation of a national billion dollar REIT in connection with many of the REIT's retail real estate business.

BACKGROUND:

Truong was born in Saigon, Vietnam. He immigrated to the United States in 1979. He obtained his B.S. and M.S. in accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida in 1995 and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998.
