EXPERIENCE: Bill serves as Of Counsel to the firm after practicing law full time for more than 34 years. He is also a full-time Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship and Negotiation at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, teaching Negotiation, Entrepreneurial Finance and Entrepreneurshipin the MBA program. He continues as the Managing Director of GR Corporate Consulting, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of GrayRobinson that provides confidential business advice to growing companies. Bill is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator, focusing on disputes in the areas in which he has substantive experience. Bill's engineering background assisted him in becoming general counsel to many high technology companies in the Central Florida area, including several publicly held companies. He has handled many venture capital transactions for high technology and other companies and is a well-known speaker in Central Florida at seminars on venture capital financing and initial public offerings. Additionally, he has been instrumental in assisting companies in going public and has been a member of the boards of directors of several high technology companies. Bill served as the Chairman of a Grievance Committee of The Florida Bar and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Bill is a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship at Rollins College and served as its Chairman for six years. He is the author of What Entrepreneurs Need to Know: Avoiding Big Mistakes That Can Prevent Success (Trafford Publishing, 2006).
