Anastasia Protopapadakis Quoted by WFLA-TV

MIAMI, FL – February 8, 2019 – Attorney Anastasia Protopapadakis, a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Miami law firm office, was quoted in the WFLA-TV article "Businesses ‘Sitting Ducks’ for Lawsuits Because Websites Aren’t ADA Compliant." In 2018, there were 2,285 ADA website lawsuits filed in federal courts across the United States. Emily Fuller, a visually-impaired woman from Broward County, has sued 175 business for having websites that aren’t ADA compliant. Anastasia expresses her concern calling these lawsuits "corporate extortion," as she urges business owners to ensure that the visually or hearing impaired can use their site.
