We provide "turn-key" services to local governments with regard to community redevelopment, from performing due diligence studies to formal findings of necessity that are required to establish a community redevelopment agency. If the need for a community redevelopment agency is present, we provide assistance in all facets of setting up the agency, establishing the community redevelopment trust fund, preparing and adopting the community redevelopment plan, and, if necessary, negotiating tax increment payments with the county.
We have assisted the private sector in navigating the planning and approval processes in CRAs and other areas targeted by a community for redevelopment.
